Were the Unsolved mystery of the “Zodiac Killer” and other unsolved killings in California more than one killer? Has the government deliberately hid them under the term “UNSOLVED “because they are hiding something? Did the US military  and CIA under the “Knights of Malta “create the Unsolved Killings as a way to form an allegiance of underground Rat lines to help create the 4^th Reich?

The same Rat lines that were formed after the second world war to help fund money  laundering and drug running for the third Reich in there relocation to South America? Is this all part of the formation of the Fourth Reich and the perpetuation of the New World Order?

PROJECT BLUEBIRD

Project Blue Bird was the first known codename for the narco-hypnosis-behaviourist-trauma mind control experimentation undertaken by US intelligence agencies in the immediate aftermath of WW2.

A key part of Lee Harvey Oswald’s intelligence legend was created at the Bluebird cafe in Yamato, whilst he was stationed at the U-2 and MK-ULTRA base otherwise known at Atsugi.

CIA mind-control programmer William Joseph Bryan, Jr.  who programmed Sirhan Sirhan to be involved in the Robert Kennedy assassination.

Charles Manson, Stanley Baker, John Lindley Frazier, Edmund Kemper, Herbert Mullin, and the Zodiac – all spawned from the Santa Cruz/San Francisco area in a span of just over four years. This is very remarkable considering there was CIA MK Ultra activity out of Stanford University at this time.

Why has this never been addressed? and why did this produce the phenomenon of serial Killers This has now become become an ever-present part of the American culture. Prior to 1960, fewer than two serial killers a year were reported nationwide.

By 1970, the number had climbed to six per year, and by 1980 had tripled that figure. By 1990, nearly three dozen serial killers a year were being reported. Not surprisingly then, the rash of Satanic murders afflicting California would continue.

OPERATION CHAOS

Operation Chaos was launched in 1968, it was the CIA’s response to the Hippie movement and what they determined to be civil unrest. It also t was a move to start to bring the United States under Military Law which now has come to full fruition with the passing of The National Defense Authorization Act law Dec 31rst 2011. The targets of this operation  as was COINTELPRO was to go after the Black Panthers and politically active and communal youth. It is interesting to note that the Manson Families Tate LeBianca murders was also an attempt to frame the Black Panthers as evidence was planted that was taken from the scene of the murders and planted to make it look like these groups.

By using informants and illegal tyranny against its own American Citizens the Cia also used The IRS the BNDD , the LEAA, the Department of Health, Education and welfare HWW and all of the intelligence community and divisions of the armed forces. Over a quarter of a million people were under active surveillance at this time. This was done to neutralize and discourage any making of subversive anti government groups.

Manson was involved with the Haight Ashbury Clinics personal through the women of the Family. It is interesting to note that Abigail Folger was involved with this clinic and is said to have known Manson at this time. This clinic was said to have been conducting government based tests on Human behavior.

One of these men was Roger Smith Manson’s parole officer in March 1967.

Also Dr David Smith from the free clinic got to know Manson. This shows me that there was huge interest in Charles Manson when he first came out of prison with the government community.

Was it because he was a perfect candidate for this program to create a Murderer?

One month before the Family massacres occurred” operation Chaos” went into tight security.

In order to understand these connections we have to go back to before the Second World War.

THE NAZI 3RD REICH CONNECTION

General Reinhardt Gehlen of Germany and the OS William Donovan and the FBI’s J Edgar Colbert all worked together before the outbreak of the Second World War to develop mind control weapons of mass Destruction. Nazi counterparts commissioned high members of the medical community including psychiatrists in their attempts to use mind control as a military weapon of mass destruction..

There were four allegiances formed after the Second World War.  Concealed connections between the military, intelligence community, organized crime,  and the “Knights of Malta “.The knights of Malta were acting on behalf of the “Pope”. The War criminals of  the third Reich moved into  hiding in South America. Knowledge was traded for protection of “SS” and “Nazi war criminals”. Men who should have been tried for their atrocities against the human race, instead they were helped and safeguarded.

This became known as “Operation Amadeus”.

Having formed allegiances with the CIA> the mafia connection was established with “Lucky Luciano” and “Calogero Don Calo Vizzini.

”Project Amadeus” was the codename for the protection of ex third Reich intelligence and scientific community by forming rat lines into South America . Ex “SS” and “Nazi war criminals” were able by forming and  using manipulation to infiltrate into South American business and communities. They did this under the guise of” Anti Communism”.  A famous Gestapo officer” Klaus Barbie” known to the world as “The Butcher of Lyon”  helped form this with the help from the “Roman Catholic Church “using narcotics as a way to make money. Smuggling stockpiles of “morphine sulfate”  out of Europe and into South America at the end of the Second World War through the “sunrise agreement”.  Narcotics was also accompanied by large stockpiles of stolen gold and  counterfeit British banknotes . These were created in internment and concentration camps by “Specialists “under the direction of the “SS” known as:

this secret arm of the CIA operated with the information that was traded from the third Reich . “Reinhard Gehlen “the former Nazi intelligence expert who is recruited by the United States in 1945  “Gehlen org” was the formation of the German-based intelligence arm of the United States and was composed of former SS Gestapo.

These “Rat lines” produced programs that were formed in the 1920’s through the “Kaiser Wilhelm Institute “These “Nazi” inspired “CIA mind control operations” have been documented and declassified under the names of

“Paperclip” involved a series of CIA projects using unsuspecting civilian guinea pigs the names of these projects were “Bluebirds”, “Artichoke”, and “MKUltra”, “Midnight climax”

“Project paper clip” was perhaps the most famous of all of the programs and as well the least understood. In a rush against the “Cold War with Russia” the US Army wanted “German rocket scientists” to expand there Rocket Programs. They were more concerned about keeping the technology out of the hands of the Russians then they were about protecting their own citizens. The United States law prohibited the bringing in of “SS scientists” into the United States.

The US military acted unilaterally in bringing the rocket scientist to the United States as prisoners of war defining the rocket laboratory in “Huntsville” as a POW compound later the “Paper clip scientist’s” were declassified by various bureaucratic means and legal means and placed strategically throughout the United States at the center of the US military “space programs “or “NASA “.

What is not well documented and the other hundreds of additional “Nazi SS members” who had nothing at all to do to consider contribute to the scientific programs but were also admitted into North America. This also included the “SSGehlen org “ as it came to be called continued to serve  the United States as  eyes and ears in Europe and the USSR until 1955. At that time the” secret Treaty “of “Fort Hunt” in 1945 was transferred to the new Western government which gave its name of the federal intelligence service, or BND, the BND continues to be the eyes and ears of NATO intelligence. It is said to have supplied information well into the 1960s. This is based upon which the “US intelligence system was founded”. The national security act of 1947 reorganized the military and created the “CIA” but the “Gehlen org “is the base from which US intelligence developed throughout the decades of the Cold War.

The “Galen” or” Western intelligence agency” established in June 1946 by US occupation authorities in United States was transferred to the new West German government formed after the Second World War. It consisted of former members of the 12 Department of the Army Gen. staff foreign armies east or at each fold.

They carry the name of Reinhardt Gehlen . Reinhardt Gehlen  had all along been under the tutelage of US Army G2 intelligence he established  and succeed in this  establishing an association with the Central intelligence agency, the CIA was actually established in 1947 in alliance with the CIA, the military began the organization of turning increasingly political economic and technical espionage against the Eastern block and the moniker “Pullach” became synonymous with Secret Service intrigues, in 1948 Galen organization had an annual budget of  the equivalent of $13.7 million nowadays  paid for by the US government,

In 1947 “project charter” was formed the” U.S. Navy” initiated this program to continue “Nazi experiments” in extracting truth on unwilling subjects by chemical means especially  using mind altering drugs such as “mescaline”.

Headed by SIDNEY GOTTLIEB, the MKULTRA project was started on the order of CIA director  ALLEN WELSH DULLES on April 13, 1953, largely in response to alleged SOVIET, CHINESE, and NORTH KOREAN use of mind control techniques on U.S. PRISONERS OF WAR in Korea. The “CIA “wanted to use similar methods on their own captives. The CIA was also interested in being able to manipulate foreign leaders with such techniques, ^]and would later invent several schemes to drug FIDEL CASTRO.

Experiments were often conducted without the subjects’ knowledge or consent. In some cases, academic researchers being funded through grants from CIA front organizations were unaware that their work was being used for these purposes.

In 1964, the project was renamed MKSEARCH. The project attempted to produce a perfect TRUTH DRUG for use in interrogating suspected Soviet spies during the COLD WAR, and generally to explore any other possibilities of mind control.

Another MKULTRA effort, Subproject 54, was the Navy’s top secret “Perfect Concussion” program, which was supposed to use sub-aural frequency blasts to erase memory, however the program was never carried out.

Because most MKULTRA records were deliberately destroyed in 1973 by order of then CIA director RICHARD HELMS it has been difficult, if not impossible, for investigators to gain a complete understanding of the more than 150 individually funded research sub-projects sponsored by MKULTRA and related CIA programs

Laurel Canyon in 1947.  the Army Air Corps (1352d Motion Picture Squadron) secured a 21/2 acre house on Wonderland Park Avenue and turned it into a –top-secret electrical fenced movie production house indentified as the “Lookup Mountain Laboratory.” It is claimed that it was perhaps the world’s only completely self-contained movie studio. With 100,000 square feet of floor space, the covert studio included sound stages, screening rooms, film processing labs, editing facilities, an animation department, and seventeen climate-controlled film vaults. It also had underground parking, a helicopter pad and a bomb shelter. The facility retained as many as 250 producers, directors, technicians, editors, animators, etc., both civilian and military, all with top security clearances  and all reporting to work in a secluded corner of Laurel Canyon. This laboratory was originally envisioned as an Air defense Facility and is claimed that it was perhaps the world’s only completely self-contained movie studio. The studio produced some 19,000 classified motion pictures  more than all the Hollywood studios combined. Officially, the facility was run by the U.S. Air Force and did nothing more than process AEC footage of atomic and nuclear bomb tests. The studio, however, was clearly equipped to do far more than just process film. There are indications that Lookout Mountain Laboratory had an advanced research and development department that was on the cutting edge of new film technologies. Such technological advances as 3-D effects were apparently first developed at the Laurel Canyon site. And Hollywood luminaries like John Ford, Jimmy Stewart, Howard Hawks, Ronald Reagan, Bing Crosby, Walt Disney and Marilyn Monroe were given clearance to work at the facility on undisclosed projects. There is no indication that any of them ever spoke of their work at the clandestine studio.
Accounts vary as to when the facility ceased operations. Some claim it was in 1969, while others say the installation remained in operation longer. In any event, by all accounts the secret bunker had been up and running for more than twenty years before Laurel Canyons rebellious teen years, and it remained operational for the most turbulent of those years.

The existence of the facility remained unknown to the general public until the early 1990s, though it had long been rumored that the CIA operated a secret movie studio somewhere in or near Hollywood. Filmmaker Peter Kuran was the first to learn of its existence, through classified documents he obtained while researching his 1995 documentary, Trinity and Beyond. And yet even today, some 15 years after its public disclosure, one would have trouble finding even a single mention of this secret military/intelligence facility anywhere in the conspiracy literature.

The lab conducted secret experiments and shot military training films and documentaries here until the clandestine studio was decommissioned in 1969  most likely after or just prior to the August 8 Tate-LaBianca Massacre. The savage, grizzly and cold blood murders of 6 white people at 10050 Cielo Drive in Benedict Canyon, just a couple miles to the west of Laurel Canyon, had been originally blamed on Black Nationalist, the Black Panther Party for Self Defense (Helter Skelter)

Aliester Crowley

The infiltration occurred not only with the  CIA but  also through Aliester Crowley  who through his American connections had been forming allegiance’s with  “Jack Parsons” one of the original rocket program scientists of the  “NASA” rocket programs.  ALeister Crowley had been on American soil in WW1after  being disallowed from British military service. He instead began writing and became editor of Pro “German propaganda” for a magazine called the “Fatherland “published by George Viereck.

He later stated he was working for British Intelligence and was changing the German vision into absurdity to help defeat it. He is preported to have worked for M15 spying on his fellow OTO initiate Karl Germer, a German intelligence agent. This strong M15 connection was proven during WW2

Jack Parsons decided to help form “JPL” (Jet Propulsion labs) laboratory in Pasadena California.  Jack Parsons was actively involved in one of the original satanic covens in Pasadena California. He is respected for his invention of the “solid fuel” technology that made NASA rocket program. NASA has named a lunar area after him. Yet is proven in a revealing book “sex and Rockets the occult world of Jack Parsons”, he also headed the American branch of Satanist Alieister Crowley’s  secret society, the OTO was there any coincidence that this secret organization-to NASA the rocket program seemed the already encouraged with this nasty occult SS rituals.?

This of course helped boast newspaper sales which at the time in San Francisco the Hearst family was dwindling in their fortunes. After the Patty Hearst trial a  Law was put into place the last thing they needed to do after Nixon signed the anti trust law which gave them the oppurtunity to take over all the newspapers and media as they did.

How it truly works is kept shrouded, as the family got the state of California to seal Hearst’s will and trust after PATTY HEARST was kidnapped in 1974, allowing it to operate in secrecy.  Preceding the Hearst kidnapping in February, 1974, there was a series of carefully staged, “senseless, motiveless” killings. They were blamed upon “cults.” Persons who survived the murderous attacks described their assailants as “zombies.”

HENRY KISSINGER

Henry Kissinger who had ties to Roman Polanski and Sharon Tate had become General Alexander Bolling’s German translator and principle assistant.

Henry Kissinger’s contemporary manifesto tribute to the Sovereign Military Order of Malta entitled “The Meaning of History.”

In this Kissinger 1955 Harvard doctoral thesis he argues that the concept of peace on earth is naive. Peace must be secured by the creation of small wars around the planet on a continuing basis so as to maintain an international order of economic powers, and of course, keep the military industrialists happy.

Bolling’s  of course was the joint intelligence  agency that ran “Operation paperclip” this operation had approximately 2000 high-level Nazis which is about 900 were military scientists and medical researchers including Erich Traub .   Erich Traub  who created  Plum Island and is being accused of creating Lyme disease with tics and West Nile virus with mosquitoes  for biological weaponry. Erich Traub   was Hitlers  biological weapons developer and virus expert. Bolling also served as a high ranking member of the Inter-American Defense Board, a Washington based group that delivered Walter Emil Schreiber, Hitler’s chief medical scientist, the “Angel of Death” Joseph Mengele, and his assistant, “the butcher of Lyon,” Klaus Barbie, among others, to safe Havens in South America

This is the foundation of the Central intelligence agency .

There is an interesting connection with all of these people  many have been  devout Roman Catholic member’s of the “Knights of Malta”

The Sovereign Military Order of Malta, also known as the original Sovereign Military Order of St. John of Jerusalem, is a closed fraternity of the Roman Catholic Church.

It’s initiated members must be Catholic and have served in the military. They participate in secret ceremonies and feudal ritual dress, and embrace a strong class/caste mentality as part of their initiation into Rosicrucian dogma.

In the rat lines that The Butcher of Lyon was involved the Catholic Church gave out

Sovereign Knight of Malta passports  and were issued with false identities that allowed escape from prosecution for war crimes.

Evidence indicates he was dealing an average of 100 kilos a week to the Crips and Bloods in Los Angeles during the 1980s, an activity that helped spark the crack epidemic in Los Angeles and, eventually, across the nation. While the CIA’s heavy involvement in the drug trade, and especially the crack cocaine trade, has been well documented by scholars such as Dr. Peter Dale Scott at least since the Iran-Contra hearings in the 1980s, the mass media has refused to take notice. The CIA Agents Who Moved the Coke

For ten years, government leaders have blamed ghetto youth for a “drug epidemic.” They sent armies of cops to brutalize the people. They have crowded the prisons with a whole generation of youth. And now it leaks out that they were behind the “crack explosion” all along! Recent articles by Gary Webb in the San Jose Mercury kicked off the current controversy by exposing a contra drug ring inLos Angeles.

The CIA denies its agents were involved in the drug trade. And major newspapers claim that there is no proof that CIA agents were involved. Under attack, the chief editor of the San Jose Mercury has pointed out what the Webb series documented and what it did not: “We got to the door of the CIA. We did not get inside the CIA.”

In this article, let’s get past the door of the CIA–and look at the CIA agents involved in the drug trafficking. Three levels of CIA agents are discussed in this article: First, there are those who were top CIA officials–men like William Casey, Duane Clarridge, Donald Gregg and George Bush. Second, there are CIA officers or operatives–people who attended specialized CIA training schools and who must, by law, beU.S. citizens. Such officers are usually well hidden and act through their field agents. Third, there are CIA field agents, contract agents or assets–these are people paid to conduct espionage or covert activities under the direction of CIA case officers.

It is hard to dig up the truth about CIA operations. CIA agents routinely use elaborate cover stories that portray them as civilians, private mercenaries or “retired” agents. In addition, the 1982 Intelligence Identities Protection Act was passed as the CIA was starting its contra war. This law made it a crime to expose CIA agents. The government first threatens to imprison anyone who exposes what CIA agents are doing–then they accuse their critics of not offering enough “hard proof” of CIA involvement!
