It is interesting to note that the Zodiac was a form of mind rape and projected fear onto a generation that was not used to such senseless violence only someone who had such a warped mentality would even justify such actions. The East Area Rapist also plunged a community into fear and destroyed countless families. There was countless other coldcases that seemed to be unsolvable and by Judicial blocks and confusion in the Judicial and policing always are claimed unsolvable.
All of these historical cold cases seem to have a common thread of attacking people in there own homes and communities and placing whole areas into fear. The media also became a part of this “Fear mongering”. Some even profiting on the blaming of a few who were later cleared.
So was there a huge allegiance of underground forces that combined to carry out all of these different projects? All under the guidance of a few top heads who had a vision of a controlled society similar to Nazi Germany?
Is this shadow group of Military using there own US citizens as Guinea pigs for these experiments? I think there is enough overwhelming evidence to prove this. One has to ask the question? why are so many deceived by this obvious delusion???
The Stargate Project[1] was the umbrella code name of one of several sub-projects established by the U.S. Federal Government to investigate claims of psychic phenomena with potential military and domestic applications, particularly “remote viewing“: the purported ability to psychically “see” events, sites, or information from a great distance.[2] These projects were active from the 1970s through 1995, and followed up early psychic research done at The Stanford Research Institute (SRI), The American Society for Psychical Research, and other psychical research labs.[3]
The Stargate Project was terminated in 1995 following an independent review which concluded:
The foregoing observations provide a compelling argument against continuation of the program within the intelligence community. Even though a statistically significant effect has been observed in the laboratory, it remains unclear whether the existence of a paranormal phenomenon, remote viewing, has been demonstrated. The laboratory studies do not provide evidence regarding the origins or nature of the phenomenon, assuming it exists, nor do they address an important methodological issue of inter-judge reliability.
Further, even if it could be demonstrated unequivocally that a paranormal phenomenon occurs under the conditions present in the laboratory paradigm, these conditions have limited applicability and utility for intelligence gathering operations. For example, the nature of the remote viewing targets are vastly dissimilar, as are the specific tasks required of the remote viewers. Most importantly, the information provided by remote viewing is vague and ambiguous, making it difficult, if not impossible, for the technique to yield information of sufficient quality and accuracy of information for actionable intelligence. Thus, we conclude that continued use of remote viewing in intelligence gathering operations is not warranted.

PROJECT CHATTER
Mengele also tested drugs that were the direct experimental subjects of the US Navy’s Project CHATTER. ProjectCHATTER was a Navy program that began in the fall of 1947. Allegedly, responding to reports of “amazing results” achieved by the Soviets in using “truth drugs,” the program focused on the identification and testing of drugs for use in interrogations and in the recruitment of agents. The research included laboratory experiments on animals and unwitting human subjects involving Anabasis aphylla, scopolamine, and mescaline in order to determine their speech-inducing qualities. [7]Nevertheless the official cover story, Project CHATTER secretly expanded the mescaline/mind control experiments and studies of the SS from Dachau Concentration Camp.
Dr. Josef Mengele disappeared from Auschwitz in January of 1945. The “Angel of Death” was captured near Munich. Dr. Mengele was held in a POW camp near Munich, but was mysteriously released by U.S. forces. U.S. forces claimed that they didn’t know that he was Dr. Mengele, “The Angel of Death”, one of the most wanted war criminals of World War II.

if the secret SS had doubles for Hitler and all of the other higher ups is it not possible that Mengele was brought to the Us and his double fled to Argentina. Than Mengeles could have flown back and forth through military aircraft to Argentina to do his twin research which is documented by National Geographic.

Aquino went on to compare his proposal with the
definition of Psychological Warfare first introduced
by General William Donovan of the OSS in his World War
II era “Basic Estimate of Psychological Warfare” in
which Donovan discussed the need to destroy the will
of the enemy. But an attendant 1947 letter stressed
the need for a “synonym which could be used in
peacetime that would not shock the sensibilities of a
citizen of democracy.”
Aquino indicated contempt for the U.S. Army’s
inability to accept PSYOP in its “most effective
configuration,” adding that “the reluctance with which
the Army had accepted even an `antiseptic’ PSYOP
component” was well documented.
